We are recruiting on their behalf for an ambitious and client-focused Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their growing Gloucestershire-based property team. This is an exciting opportunity for a Solicitor, CILEX Lawyer or Licensed Conveyancer with 3–5+ years’ PQE who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional client service. The role offers a varied caseload with a strong focus on Buy-to-Let (BTL) and quality residential conveyancing matters. Experience in property investment work is welcomed, but not essential — full training will be provided for the right candidate who has a genuine interest in working with investor clients. Conveyancing Fee Earner main duties: * You will manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing files from instruction through to post-completion * Buy-to-Let transactions * Residential sales and purchases * Remortgages * Transfers of equity * Investor portfolio acquisitions * Leasehold and freehold matters Conveyancing Fee Earner required skills and experience: * Qualified Solicitor, CILEX or Licensed Conveyancer * Has 3–5+ years’ PQE in residential conveyancing * Can manage a busy caseload independently * Has excellent client care and communication skills * Enjoys building long-term client relationships * Has a proactive and positive “can-do” attitude * Works efficiently and remains calm under pressure * Has an interest in property investment and investor-led transactions If the above position sounds perfect for you or you require more information, click apply or contact GMP Recruitment directly for more information.
