Senior Infrastructure Engineer

Key Duties

• Managing the delivery of multidisciplinary projects, balancing demands and priorities, whilst reviewing civil infrastructure design, from project proposition through to construction.
• Planning project resources and finances and monitoring job financial performance.
• Managing technical staff, planning team workload, assisting and mentoring staff where needed, and developing junior team members.
• Preparing and reviewing technical reports, specifications and schedules.
• Applying customer focus as part of the work‑winning team, securing the group’s project pipeline.

Your Skills and Experience

• Strong technical background in infrastructure design with a demonstrable track record of leading a technical specialism in a core infrastructure discipline (Highways, Utilities or Sustainable Drainage).
• Experience of successful international multidisciplinary project delivery; ability to manage and motivate a team, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel and a desire to lead continuous quality improvement in our work.
• Experience in AutoCAD, Civil 3D and MicroDrainage software.
• Member of a relevant professional institution.
