Head Banqueting Chef – Luxury 5-Star Hotel |Just Outside North West London

Salary: £65,000–£75,000 DOE

We are currently looking for an experienced and passionate Head Banqueting Chef to join the culinary team of a prestigious 5-star luxury hotel in Hertfordshire.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented chef to take the lead in a high-end banqueting operation, delivering exceptional food for weddings, corporate events, private functions and large-scale celebrations.

The Role:

• Oversee the day-to-day banqueting kitchen operation, ensuring exceptional food quality and consistency.

• Lead, motivate and develop the banqueting brigade.

• Plan and execute menus for a wide range of luxury events and functions.

• Manage food costs, stock control, ordering and kitchen efficiency.

• Work closely with the Executive Chef and events teams to ensure seamless delivery.

• Maintain the highest standards of food safety, presentation and organisation.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Head Banqueting Chef, Executive Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef within a luxury hotel or premium events environment.
