The firm has a broad client base, established processes and a supportive working environment, with a continued focus on delivering a high-quality service to its clients./n /n /n With a modern approach to working and a clear commitment to developing its people, the firm offers an opportunity for an experienced conveyancer to join an established team while enjoying the flexibility of working remotely./n /n The Role/n /n /n /n - Manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion. /n - Deal with a range of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases. /n - Communicate regularly with clients and keep them informed throughout their transaction. /n - Deal with enquiries, searches, title issues and contractual documentation. /n - Liaise with estate agents, lenders, brokers and other solicitors. /n - Progress matters efficiently and proactively. /n - Identify and resolve issues as they arise. /n - Maintain accurate case management records and ensure compliance with relevant procedures. /n - Work independently while remaining connected to a wider property team. /n - Contribute to maintaining high standards of client service. /n What would your ideal working week look like if you could manage your own caseload without the daily commute?
