Locum Childcare Lawyer

Job Description Locum Childcare Lawyer /n £55 - 60ph /n Hybrid Working /n Full-time /n Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting for a capable Childcare lawyer to join a well-respected local authority based in the East of England on a locum basis for 3 - 6 months, with a likelihood for extension. /n As Childcare Lawyer you will be confident in carrying your own caseload of care proceedings, as well as pre-proceeding matters. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: /n /n - Handing a full caseload of childcare matters, providing advice on all aspects of public law children's matters /n - Drafting documents, including statements and threshold agreements /n - Non-accidental injury /n - Exclusion orders /n - Emergency protection orders /n /n Court attendance is mandatory in Northamptonshire, but those offering flexibility around attendance will be considered. /n This role would be full-time, flexible forms of full-time work may be considered. /n Our client is open to considering applications from candidates from both public and private sector backgrounds if relevant public childcare experience is demonstrated. /n We encourage interested applicants to apply immediately to be considered for shortlisting.
