Site Administrator

We are recruiting an experienced Site Administrator Ashton in Makerfield, Wigan - £26936 per annum - Permanent Monday-Thursday, 8:30am-4:30pm Friday, 8:30am-4:00pm 37 hours per week - Fully site-based We are recruiting an experienced Site Administrator for an established manufacturing business in Wigan. This is a busy and varied position providing purchasing and administrative support across the site. A key part of the role will be raising purchase orders, booking in goods and resolving supplier invoice queries, alongside general office and site coordination. Duties will include: Raising and processing purchase orders Booking in goods and maintaining delivery documentation Resolving queries with suppliers and Purchase Ledger Ordering stationery, uniforms and site supplies Preparing weekly operational reports Managing new-starter packs, clock cards and site access Greeting visitors and assisting with couriers and deliveries Arranging transport, accommodation and meeting refreshments Preparing letters and taking notes during employee meetings Providing general administrative support across the businessWe are looking for: Previous administration or purchasing experience Experience raising purchase orders and booking in goods Strong Microsoft Office skills Excellent organisation and attention to detail Confidence managing a busy and varied workload A helpful, proactive and professional approach A driving licence and access to a carExperience using D365, Microsoft Dynamics or another ERP system would be beneficial but is not essential.
