Better Placed are delighted to be partnering with Brook Taverner on an exciting opportunity for a Head of Marketing - Corporate to join the business at a key stage in its continued growth. This is a broad and hands on marketing leadership role for the Corporate division, ideal for someone who enjoys combining strategic thinking with practical delivery. With responsibility across brand, ecommerce, digital campaigns, creative production, website performance and team management, it offers the chance to make a visible impact across both B2B and end user audiences. The breadth of the role will incorporate multi channel campaigns, Shopify, content, AI powered visual production and team leadership.
Reporting into the wider commercial function, the successful candidate will lead day to day Corporate marketing operations while helping shape the longer term direction of the brand. It will suit someone who is commercially minded, creatively confident and motivated by the opportunity to build, improve and deliver.

The role
- Develop and deliver the overall marketing strategy in line with business goals
- Plan and manage multi channel campaigns across digital, email, social media and paid advertising
- Build the Brook Taverner brand across both B2B and end user audiences
- Lead, manage and develop the marketing team, ensuring priorities are clear and delivery stays on track
- Work closely with internal stakeholders including sales, product and supply chain to provide impactful support to the wider business
- Manage and develop the Shopify website, including products, collections, landing pages and customer journey improvements
- Monitor website performance, SEO, UX and conversion, working with developers where needed
- Use AI tools to enhance visual content, product imagery, photography and campaign delivery
- Oversee photo shoots alongside brochure and catalogue production
- Create engaging content across social, website, email and advertising channels
- Manage content planning and social media activity to grow audience engagement
- Analyse performance across key channels, reporting on traffic, conversions, ROAS and customer acquisition
- Use insight and data to identify opportunities for growth, engagement and brand awareness
The candidate
- Proven experience in a Marketing Manager or Senior Marketing role, ideally 3-5 years
- Experience leading or managing a team
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and ecommerce
- Experience across social media marketing and paid advertising
- Confident using AI tools for visual content, photography, content creation or marketing automation
- Experience managing websites, ideally within Shopify
- Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands on delivery
- Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
- A creative eye and strong feel for brand presentation and content
- Experience in retail, fashion, lifestyle or ecommerce would be highly advantageous
- Knowledge of SEO, email marketing platforms, Adobe Creative Suite or Canva would be beneficial
- Photography and videography skills would be a plus
