Join a leading Telecom Provider as a Technician 1.Job Overview:

• Location: Leeds
• Contract: ASAP - 31st March'27
• Pay Rates:
• Umbrella Rate: £17.72/hour (via a Hays approved umbrella company).
• PAYE Basic Rate: £13.66/hour
• Working days: Monday - Thursday.
• Time: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation Technicians provide desktop hardware installation services where basic technical skills are required for a service delivery solution.
• Installation Technicians will typically unbox and install the kit to the desk, connect peripherals, connect cables (e.g. power and network) and perform any relevant power self-tests. Basic steps to start automated builds and simple scripted post-login configuration may also be required.
• Technicians may be asked to work variable shift patterns as business requires.

Additionally:

• Upkeep of system records, principally ServiceNow
• Strict adherence to procedures, scripts and polices is a must.
• Flexibility of working days will be required, though minimal, with notice.
• This is a 4 days per week role. Monday to Thursday.
