Reception / Workplace Coordinator - Central London - Up to £21.28 per hour We are looking for a professional Reception / Workplace Coordinator to work within a commercial building in Central London. Start: 14/09/2026 Duration: Until the end of 2026 Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm 40 hours per week Umbrella PAYE: £21.28 per hour PAYE: £16.35 per hour Must be paid via PAYE or Umbrella PAYE - no CIS or Ltd Company paymentsResponsibilities: Manage reception and provide a professional front-of-house service Greet and assist visitors, clients and employees Manage calendars and meeting room bookings Coordinate meeting rooms and ensure they are ready for use Handle calls, emails and general enquiries Provide excellent customer service Assist with workplace and facilities requests Liaise with cleaning, security, maintenance and other service providers Maintain accurate records and complete general administration Support events, meetings and day-to-day workplace operations Ensure the reception and communal areas are presented to a high standardEssential Skills: Previous reception, workplace or facilities coordination experience Excellent customer service skills Calendar management experience Good Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills Experience managing meeting room bookings Excellent communication and organisational skills Professional presentation and appearance Friendly, proactive and reliable approach(url removed)
