Interim Head of Sweets R&D | Lead Innovation & Growth

Valeo Foods UK is seeking an Interim Head of R&D – Sweets to lead and elevate our confectionery innovation and delivery across the UK and CEE portfolio for a minimum of 3 months, starting ASAP. This high-impact role blends strategy, delivery, and people leadership in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll set the tone for R&D, keep the pipeline moving, own the innovation agenda, and grow a high-performing team. Collaboration with Brand, Marketing and Commercial and external partners will be essential
