We're recruiting for an experienced Head of Operations to join a growing specialist contracting business with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality services across multiple sectors. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing daily operations, developing high-performing teams, improving efficiencies, and supporting the continued growth of the business. Key Responsibilities * Lead and manage day-to-day operations. * Develop and implement operational strategies and improvements. * Monitor KPIs and drive performance across teams. * Coach, motivate, and develop managers and staff. * Ensure compliance with company procedures and industry standards. * Promote a positive, accountable, and high-performance culture. What We're Looking For * 5+ years' experience in a senior operations or leadership role. * Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams. * Strong people management and communication skills. * Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities. * Experience managing operational performance and business improvement initiatives. * Hands-on, proactive approach with a focus on results.
