About the role
Our client requires a part time cleaner to work at their leading AD Plant, based in Rushden. The hours of work are Monday to Friday 07:30am to 09:30am, and is due to run through until March 2027, with the chance to extend.

Office Cleaner
Job Purpose
To maintain a clean, tidy, hygienic, and safe working environment throughout office premises, ensuring all areas are cleaned to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
Clean and maintain offices, meeting rooms, reception areas, kitchens, toilets, and communal areas.
Vacuum carpets, mop floors, dust surfaces, and clean windows and glass where required.
Empty bins and dispose of waste safely and correctly.
Clean and sanitise toilets, sinks, kitchens, and other frequently used areas.
Replenish toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels, and other cleaning supplies.
Clean desks, tables, doors, handles, and other surfaces as required.
Follow cleaning schedules and company procedures.
Use cleaning products and equipment safely and correctly.
Report any damage, maintenance issues, or safety hazards to the appropriate person.
Maintain a professional and respectful attitude while working around staff and visitors.
Follow health and safety, COSHH, and workplace hygiene procedures.
Skills and Experience
Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not always essential. Experience of using a small floor buffing machine preferred, again not essential as all training given.
Good attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness.
Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
Able to work independently and manage time effectively.
Physically able to carry out cleaning duties.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Able to follow instructions and workplace procedures.
Professional and trustworthy, particularly when working around confidential office areas.
