Were currently recruiting for a talented and ambitious Group Senior Sous Chef to join one of Londons most unique and creative hospitality operations.
This is far more than a traditional restaurant role. The business operates across multiple high-profile hospitality spaces including restaurants, cafés, bars and premium events, combining exceptional food with creativity, culture and sustainability at its core.
The successful candidate will join a highly respected culinary team working with outstanding British produce, seasonal menus and state-of-the-art kitchen facilities. The operation offers chefs genuine creative freedom alongside a far better work-life balance than many comparable London kitchens.

The Role
Working closely with the senior leadership team, youll support kitchen operations across multiple sites and concepts, ensuring consistently high standards throughout both retail and events service.
This is an excellent opportunity for a strong senior chef looking to step into a broader leadership role within a quality-driven and progressive business.

Key responsibilities include:
Leading and supporting kitchen teams across multiple operations
Maintaining exceptional food quality and consistency
Supporting seasonal menu development
Managing rotas, staffing and kitchen organisation
Controlling food costs, ordering and stock management
Ensuring full compliance with HACCP, allergen and health & safety standards
Training, mentoring and developing junior chefs
Working closely with suppliers to source exceptional ingredients

About You
Our client is looking for someone who:
Has solid experience at Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef level
Thrives in fast-paced, quality-led kitchens
Has a strong background in contemporary British cuisine
Understands kitchen financials including GP, labour and stock control
Is a confident leader with excellent communication skills
Is passionate about sustainability, seasonality and high-quality produce
Brings energy, creativity and professionalism to the kitchen every day
Experience within large-scale hospitality, premium events or cultural venues would be highly advantageous.
