Duties of a Service Advisor:

• Handle customer enquiries and queries promptly and professionally
• Qualify service needs and diagnose vehicle issues where applicable
• Establish understanding and agreement with customers regarding work to be carried out
• Explain work undertaken on vehicles in a clear manner ensuring full customer understanding and approval
