Software Engineer – TEKsystems

TEKsystems is seeking a talented Software Engineer to join our dynamic team in Edinburgh. This role involves contributing to the development and enhancement of technology stacks that support customer‑facing services, with a focus on integrating life, critical illness, and income protection policies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and implement efficient software solutions using .NET (C#), Web APIs, and SQL databases hosted in Azure.
• Collaborate with team membersChoosing to ensure high‑quality engineering standards and promote knowledge sharing.
• Support technical and integration work required for onboarding and servicing customer policies.
• Contribute to the evolution and modernisation of the technology stack.

Essential Skills

• .NET (C#)
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with Angular
• Familiarity with SQL and Azure
• Understanding of technology modernisation and scalability improvements
