About the Role ?? Working as part of a dedicated team, you will: ?? Build positive, trusting relationships with service users. ?? Support individuals to achieve their personal recovery goals and maintain their wellbeing. ?? Assist service users in developing independent living skills, including budgeting, meal preparation, shopping, and tenancy sustainment. ?? Deliver person-centred support plans, risk assessments, and wellbeing plans. ?? Facilitate and support therapeutic, social, and community-based activities. ?? Promote social inclusion, independence, and positive health choices. ?? Advocate for service users while encouraging self-advocacy and empowerment. ?? Maintain accurate records and contribute to effective communication within the team. ?? Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, healthcare professionals, and community partners to achieve the best outcomes for service users. ?? We're looking for individuals who: ?? Previous experience in supported housing, mental health, social care, addiction services, or community support is desirable, although applications from individuals with relevant transferable skills are also encouraged. ? Register with the Northern Ireland Social Care Council (NISCC) where applicable. ?? Complete mandatory training and ongoing professional development requirements. ??
