Key Responsibilities: Work with learners at their workplaces, including many of the UK's top hospitality names Coach learners on the knowledge, skills, and behaviours necessary to achieve their apprenticeship standards Provide ongoing support and guidance to learners throughout their apprenticeship journey Maintain timely records of learner progress and achievements Deliver training sessions and conduct assessments according to industry standards Collaborate with employers to ensure learner satisfaction and progress Stay updated on industry developments and integrate this knowledge into the coaching process Job Requirements: NVQ Level 2 in Hospitality Extensive and relevant vocational experience in areas such as food & beverage, food production, reception, housekeeping, or beverage service Ability to work effectively in high-demand environments, meeting targets and deadlines Strong communication and self-motivation skills Capacity to work autonomously Preferred Skills: Minimum Level 3 Teaching Qualification Experience in hotel and front of house Experience of back of house operations (advantageous) NVQ Level 3 in Professional Cookery or Hospitality Supervision BTEC Level 3 in Hospitality Management Experience operating within the workplace-based learning (WBL) or education environment Benefits: Full training for new coaches and support to achieve teaching qualifications Continuous Professional Development (CPD) to support ongoing professional growth 25 days of annual leave, increasing with service Additonal day of leave for your birthday Holiday purchase scheme Flexible working and flexi time options Early finish at the end of the week Health cash plan and virtual GP services Curated wellbeing package Enhanced sickness pay Company matched pension up to 5% Life assurance Enhanced family benefits package Religious bank holiday swap Long service recognition and rewards Quarterly reward and recognition awards If you are passionate about hospitality and education and want to contribute to developing the next generation of industry professionals, we would love to hear from you.
