Concrete Operatives / Gangs – Day Shift (Live Highway Works) – Banbury We are currently recruiting multiple Concrete Operatives and established gangs for ongoing day work on a live highway project in the Banbury area. This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term work with a major, well-established contractor on a large infrastructure scheme. Key Details: Location: Banbury Shift: Day work Duration: Ongoing, long-term opportunity Pay Rate: £22 per hour CIS Positions: Individual operatives and gangs welcome Responsibilities: * Pouring, levelling, and finishing concrete on live carriageways * Working with formwork and reinforcement * Carrying out repairs and reinstatement works * Operating tools and equipment safely in a live traffic environment * Working efficiently as part of a gang or independently * Following strict health & safety procedures, including traffic management protocols Requirements: * Proven experience in concrete works, ideally within highways * Valid CSCS card (essential for all operatives) * Highways passport / relevant tickets preferred * Ability to work safely on live roads * Gangs must be fully experienced and able to work cohesively * Strong awareness of health & safety and site procedures * Reliable and able to commit to ongoing work * Full PPE required What’s on Offer: * £22 per hour CIS * Ongoing work with a leading contractor * Opportunities for both individuals and gangs * Work on a major infrastructure project * Professional and safety-focused site environment If you're an experienced concrete operative or part of an established gang looking for consistent work, apply now to secure your place on this project.
