It combines account management and business development, with a focus on strengthening customer relationships, supporting retention, and driving sustainable growth.The role operates within Hydratight’s service offering, requiring engagement with customers on technically led solutions such as controlled bolting, on-site machining, pipeline services, and integrity assurance programs.The position requires a proactive and commercially aware approach, with responsibility for building a healthy sales pipeline across both existing accounts and new customer acquisition. Collaboration across international teams is an important aspect of the role, and effective communication in English is required.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver against sales and margin targets aligned to the financial planManage and grow existing customer accounts, supporting retention and long-term value creationIdentify and develop new business opportunities across the service portfolioBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teamsProvide accurate sales forecasts and contribute to regular sales reviews and annual planning activitiesPrepare, manage, and follow up on quotations to support successful order conversionCollaborate with technical teams (Engineering, Application Specialists, Service teams) to deliver appropriate customer solutionsPromote Hydratight service offerings through customer engagement activities, including presentations, site visits, and technical discussionsShare market insights, including customer feedback, competitor activity, and industry trendsSupport marketing initiatives and broader business development activitiesMaintain accurate records in CRM systems (Salesforce), including account plans, opportunities, and visit reportsParticipate in regular reviews with the commercial team, including forecasting and pipeline discussionsFollow internal approval processes and escalation proceduresEnsure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental standardsRepresent the organisation in a professional manner in all interactionsAdhere to company policies, procedures, and operational standardsSkills and ExperienceExperience in a sales or account management role within industrial services, engineering, or technical environmentsUnderstanding of, or exposure to, sectors such as oil and gas, petrochemical, power generation, or heavy industryAbility to engage with customers on technically led service solutionsStrong communication and relationship-building skillsCommercial awareness, including negotiation and presentation capabilityAbility to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and organise work effectivelyComfortable working independently while contributing to a wider teamProactive and solutions-focused approachExperience using Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with CRM systems is beneficialWillingness to travel up to 50% within the assigned region as requiredEducation and BackgroundBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experienceRelevant experience in a sales or commercial roleWhy join us?Enerpac Tool Group offers the opportunity to work in a global environment where safety, technical expertise, and collaboration are central to how work is delivered.
