An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Electrical Installations Technician to support the delivery of practical electrical training programmes within a busy educational environment. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on electrical experience who is looking to move into the education sector and play a key part in supporting learners through high quality workshop and practical training activities.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare workshops, tools, equipment and materials for practical teaching sessions
Carry out basic maintenance and repairs to electrical training equipment
Support practical demonstrations, assessments and workshop activities
Ensure workshops are safe, organised and compliant with Health & Safety requirements
Assist with the development of practical learning resources and activities
Work closely with teaching staff to support the delivery of electrical installation programmes
