Description

* The role of Quality Manager is to be responsible for Managing a Quality Engineering team ensuring that products,

services, or processes meet specified quality standards and requirements.

* Managing the Quality Engineers / Technicians & Inspectors in each business unit, setting goals and targets (monitoring via appraisals)

* Mentor and upskill current Quality Department.

* Ensure compliance to the Integrated Management system (IMS)

* Promote a proactive Quality culture

* Developing and implementing quality control procedures and guidelines to ensure that products or services meet the

desired quality standards

* Oversee the various stages of production or service delivery to ensure adherence to quality standards. This may

involve conducting inspections, audits, or tests to identify any defects, deviations, or areas for improvement
