Project Manager –  Screed Flooring Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 per annum Location: London – Site Based  Job Type: Permanent We are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join an established and growing commercial flooring company, managing Screed flooring projects across London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager with a strong background in Screed flooring and construction who is looking to take responsibility for projects from pre-start through to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to a high standard of quality, while maintaining excellent relationships with clients, installers, subcontractors and suppliers. Key Responsibilities Manage Screed flooring projects from pre-start through to completion and handover. Coordinate installers, subcontractors, suppliers, materials and site resources. Ensure the correct labour and materials are available when required. Monitor project programmes, progress, costs and deadlines. Monitor labour hours, job sheets, deliveries and project costs. Work closely with the commercial/QS team to maintain cost control. Ensure all health & safety requirements and procedures are followed. Keep project systems and documentation up to date. Requirements Proven experience as a Project Manager within the flooring industry. Strong knowledge of Screed and Flooring. Experience managing projects from start to finish. Minimum Gold CSCS Card – essential. Strong organisational, planning and communication skills. Ability to manage installers, subcontractors and suppliers. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Relevant flooring/construction experience and qualifications. Full UK driving licence desirable.
