Steel Erector - Immediate Start Simply Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for an experienced Steel Erector on behalf of our client for a major project in Plymouth. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled steel erector looking for an immediate start on a long-term industrial project. Location: Plymouth Duration: Approx. 3 Months Potential for extension Start Date: Immediate Start Available Shift Pattern: 12 Days On / 2 Days Off Key Responsibilities * Erecting and installing structural steelwork safely and accurately. * Reading and interpreting engineering and fabrication drawings. * Aligning, positioning and securing steel structures. * Working closely with site supervisors and lifting teams. * Ensuring all works are completed in accordance with project specifications and health & safety requirements. Essential Requirements * Valid CSCS Card * Proven experience as a Steel Erector * Ability to confidently read and interpret engineering drawings * Experience working on industrial, construction or infrastructure projects * Strong understanding of site health and safety procedures * Ability to work effectively as part of a team Desirable * IPAF * PASMA * Slinger/Signaller qualification * Working at Height certification What We Offer * Immediate start available * Approx. 3 months of work * Established industrial project * Consistent workload and hours * Competitive rates - £28 per hour To be considered, please send: * Updated CV * CSCS Card * Relevant certificates and qualifications * Availability for start
