JOB TITLE: Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst

Location: Glasgow, UK

Job Type: Contract- Hybrid

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst with strong expertise in gathering business requirements, translating them into ServiceNow solutions, and working closely with stakeholders, developers, and technical teams. The candidate should have hands‑on experience in ServiceNow modules, Agile delivery, process improvement, and end‑to‑end implementation support.

Required Skills

Strong experience as a Business Analyst in ServiceNow projects
Good understanding of ServiceNow modules such as:
ITSM
ITOM
HRSD
CMDB
Service Catalog
Incident, Change, Problem Management
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to create process maps and functional documentation
Knowledge of integrations, workflows, and ServiceNow platform capabilities
Experience in requirement gathering and business process analysis
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills

Required Experience

7+ years of experience as Business Analyst
4+ years of experience working on ServiceNow platform projects
Experience working in enterprise/global environments preferred

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
