A global organisation is looking for an Implementation Coordinator to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role has the potential to be permanent and offers a mix of project coordination, customer engagement and UK travel.
You'll help deliver customer projects from planning through to launch, working closely with customers and internal teams to ensure projects arepleted on time and to a high standard.
What You'll Be Doing

Coordinating customer implementation projects

Planning and tracking project activities and deadlines

Liaising with customers and internal teams

Supporting site visits and project rollouts across the UK

Preparing project documentation and reports

Assisting with customer training and handovers

Managing project updates and resolving issues

What We're Looking ForExperience in any of the following would be beneficial:

Project Coordination

Project Support

Operations Coordination

Customer Service Management

Supply Chain or Logistics

Account Management

Service Delivery

Business Support

You'll also have:

Excellent organisational skills

Strongmunication and stakeholder management abilities

The ability to manage multiple priorities

Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel

£37,000 - £39,000 salary

Car allowance

Hybrid working (minimum 3 days in the office)

12-month FTC with potential to be permanent

Full training provided

Exposure to projects across the UK
