This is an ideal role for a commercially minded Quantity Surveyor who wants exposure to technically challenging MEP projects while working alongside experienced commercial and operational teams.The OpportunityYou'll play a key role in supporting the commercial delivery of major projects, helping manage costs, procurement, subcontractor packages, reporting and project performance from inception through to completion.ResponsibilitiesSupporting the commercial delivery of MEP projects across multiple sectorsAssisting with procurement, tender analysis and subcontractor selectionPreparing and monitoring cost reports, cash flows and forecastingSupporting valuation and payment application processesMonitoring project costs against budget and identifying risksAssisting with contract administration and commercial documentationSupporting the management of variations and subcontractor accountsProducing financial reports and maintaining commercial recordsWorking closely with project teams to ensure successful project outcomesWhat We're Looking ForPrevious Quantity Surveying experience within construction or building servicesExposure to MEP, infrastructure, commercial or mission critical projects is advantageousStrong commercial awareness and attention to detailExperience assisting with procurement and subcontractor managementAbility to produce accurate reports and financial informationStrong organisational and communication skillsAmbition to develop within a growing commercial teamWhat's on Offer?Exposure to major Data Centre and Mission Critical projectsClear career progression and professional developmentFlexible working arrangementsSupportive and collaborative team environmentLong-term project pipelineComprehensive wellbeing and family-friendly benefitsThis is a fantastic opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor or Assistant Quantity Surveyor ready to take the next step within a business delivering some of the UK's most technically challenging construction projects.
