Recruitment Consultant

ITS Building People is looking for an ambitious and driven White Collar Temporary Recruitment Consultant to join our established Chepstow office. As one of the UK's leading construction recruitment specialists, ITS has been successfully supplying the construction industry for over 50 years. Our reputation is built on long-standing client relationships, industry expertise, and delivering exceptional service across both temporary and permanent recruitment. The Role You'll be responsible for developing and managing a busy white collar temporary desk, recruiting professionals across a range of construction disciplines. You'll build relationships with new and existing clients, source high-quality candidates, manage the full recruitment process, and develop your own desk with the support of an experienced management team.
