We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Parts Advisor to join our successful Aftersales Team at Mervyn Stewart Belfast. As a Parts Advisor, you will play a vital role in the efficient operation of our Parts Department, supporting both our workshop and retail customers while helping to drive department performance and customer satisfaction. We strive to exceed expectations at every opportunity, and our Parts Advisors are central to delivering the outstanding service experience for which we are known. You will work closely with technicians, suppliers, and customers, building trusted relationships while ensuring the right parts are available at the right time. Ensure all customer transactions are completed accurately and in line with company policies and procedures. Process goods inwards, receipt stock accurately, and issue parts efficiently to workshop jobs. Support workshop productivity by ensuring technicians receive required parts promptly and efficiently. Contribute to the achievement of departmental objectives, sales targets, and customer satisfaction goals. Is enthusiastic about learning and developing within the automotive industry. A full valid UK driving licence also required Ability to work to deadlines Ability to work as a member of a team as well as on own initiative IT literate Minimum 2 years experience in a busy franchised parts dept. Desired Criteria Minimum of 5 GCSEs grade C or above including Maths, ITC and English preferable Previous experience within the relevant franchise Motor Trade preferable but not essential Enthusiasm for the role. Interest in building a career within the motor industry.
