Senior Project Manager

Our client is a developer/contractor undertaking new build residential, mixed-use and commercial schemes across the country. The need now exists for a Senior Project Manager / Project Lead to delivery a 120 unit scheme in Hounslow, West London. The position will report into the Construction Director. Our client is seeking applicants who have previous experience in project leading residential schemes in excess of 80 units. It is essential you have previously worked for a well-known contractor or developer. In return, our client is offering a basic salary between £100k - £110k + full package & bonus
