Tenant Wellbeing & Housing Advisor — Build Stability

Pobl Group is hiring a Housing & Wellbeing Advisor in Swansea and surrounding areas. You will work directly with individuals to improve their wellbeing, strengthen resilience and sustain tenancy, building trusted relationships with customers, colleagues and partner organisations.

You will deliver coordinated support with health providers and community organisations to place the customer at the heart of service delivery, contributing to housing stability and positive outcomes.
