• Leading the development, implementation and continuous improvement of operational processes, equipment, systems and infrastructure to achieve business goals and objectives.
• Overseeing production planning and scheduling to meet operational targets and customer expectations, while monitoring process and team performance to identify and remove any barriers to delivery.
• Ensuring full compliance with all relevant regulatory, health and safety requirements, while maintaining a safe, efficient and high-performing manufacturing environment.
• Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective corrective actions to drive operational performance.
• Conducting regular performance reviews, providing constructive feedback, coaching and development to build a high-performing team.
