Position Overview

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Relief Asphalt Plant Supervisor to join our team in our North-East sites. In this hands-on role, you will support the safe and efficient production of asphalt, operating plant equipment and ensuring materials are produced to the required quality standards.

You will work as part of a team, following strict health, safety and environmental procedures at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and control mobile asphalt batching plants in line with production schedules
• Accurately batch materials to meet approved asphalt mix design specifications
• Monitor plant performance, temperatures, moisture content and production output to ensure consistent product quality
• Carry out routine plant inspections and basic preventative maintenance checks
