Business Advisory Manager

Jenson Fisher is delighted to be partnering with a national firm of Chartered Accountants with an impressive presence in Perth to recruit a Business Advisory Manager on a permanent full-time basis.

Role Overview

Reporting to the Partners, as the Business Advisory Manager, you will take ownership of your own client portfolio, develop and maintain client relationships, and report on revenue and growth within your business area. You should be a confident communicator and hold a professional qualification (CA/ACCA/ACA or equivalent) to thrive in an energetic and forward-thinking environment.

Responsibilities

1. Produce statutory accounts for clients, advising on best practices and ongoing recommendations.
2. Support clients with accounting challenges and be accessible to them.
3. Mentor junior team members and delegate tasks to enhance their exposure.
4. Attend client premises as required, representing the firm professionally.
5. Initiate the fee process with clients.
6. Manage timesheets and record work hours accurately.
7. Deliver exceptional service to clients, collaborating with other firm areas when necessary.

Candidate Profile

Our client seeks an excellent qualified accountant with a solid background in the profession who is ambitious, commercially minded, and capable of working independently or as part of a team. Leadership and mentoring skills are essential, especially for guiding junior staff.
