About the role

We are actively building a network of experienced Freelance Site Engineers for upcoming and ongoing projects across London and the surrounding areas. We work closely with a number of well-established Tier 1 and Tier 2 civil engineering contractors delivering schemes across sectors including: * Groundworks * RC Frames * Piling * Highways * Rail * Utilities * Infrastructure & public realm As project demand continues to increase, we are keen to connect with reliable, competent engineers looking for their next contract or upcoming opportunities. What we’re looking for: * Proven experience as a Site Engineer within UK civils projects * Strong setting out experience across relevant disciplines (groundworks, structures, etc.) * Ability to manage QA, as-builts, and site documentation * Comfortable liaising with site teams, subcontractors, and management * Ideally degree qualified * Own kit preferred (varies by project) Typical contract details: * Freelance / self-employed / CIS options available * Day rates dependent on experience, scope, and project type * Long-term projects and short-term assignments both available * Sites located across London and the Home Counties Why register with us: * Access to a steady pipeline of civils work across multiple contractors * Early visibility of upcoming projects before they hit the open market * Transparent communication on rates, scope, and expectations * Ongoing support throughout contracts If you’re a freelance Site Engineer currently available or coming to the end of a contract, we’d be keen to speak and keep you in mind for future opportunities.
