This position is ideally suited to a highly skilled engineer looking to take on additional responsibility, providing technical leadership and support to the engineering function while remaining hands-on with maintenance activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for both electrical and mechanical maintenance, leading fault-finding activities, supporting planned preventative maintenance programmes, minimising downtime, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across site equipment and processes. You will also play a key role in mentoring engineers, sharing best practice, and assisting with the development of the wider engineering team.
