A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Paralegal with a strong interest in post-completion work to join a well-regarded firm of solicitors based in North West London.

Working within the Residential Conveyancing team, this is a post-completion focused position, with the successful candidate spending a significant proportion of their time dealing with post-completion matters and ensuring transactions are brought to a successful conclusion following completion.
Duties include:
- Managing post-completion work, ensuring matters are progressed accurately and within required timescales.
- Completing and submitting Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT) forms and dealing with related post-completion requirements.
- Preparing and submitting Land Registry applications and registrations, including monitoring applications through to completion.
- Dealing with requisitions and liaising with the Land Registry to resolve queries and ensure registrations are completed.
- Processing applications and registrations at Companies House, where required.
- Assisting with other post-completion formalities, ensuring all outstanding matters are dealt with.
- Supporting pre-completion work, including liaising with fee-earners, mortgage lenders and clients to obtain documentation and updates.
- Monitoring key dates, deadlines and outstanding post-completion requirements to ensure matters progress efficiently.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- A law degree is essential.
- Previous residential or commercial conveyancing experience is essential.
- Previous exposure to post-completion and Land Registry work is essential.
- Good understanding of the conveyancing process, particularly the requirements following completion.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organised, with exceptional attention to detail.
