Start Date: September 2026 Contract: September – Christmas Term Education People are seeking an ambitious, innovative, and enthusiastic Business Studies Teacher to join a thriving and forward-thinking secondary school in the Somerset area. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate educator to teach across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5, helping students develop a strong understanding of business principles and real-world commercial awareness. The Role As a Business Studies Teacher, you will: * Deliver engaging and high-quality lessons across KS3, KS4, and KS5. * Inspire students to develop entrepreneurial thinking, analytical skills, and commercial awareness. * Plan, prepare, and assess lessons in line with the national curriculum and examination requirements. * Monitor student progress and provide targeted support to ensure excellent outcomes. * Contribute to curriculum development and enrichment activities, including enterprise projects and business-related initiatives. * Foster positive and productive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents. About You We are looking for an individual who: * Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or possesses a thorough experience in teaching Business Studies. * Has experience teaching Business Studies at secondary level, including KS3–KS5. * Demonstrates excellent subject knowledge and a genuine passion for business education. * Has a proven track record of securing strong outcomes at GCSE and A-Level. * Is proactive, enthusiastic, and committed to continuous professional development. * Can motivate, challenge, and inspire learners of all abilities.
