A well-regarded main contractor with a strong pipeline of work across a variety of sectors are expanding their team due to continued growth. As an experienced Site Manager you'll oversee projects valued up to £5 million. Be responsible for the successful day-to-day delivery of construction projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on time and to the required quality standards. Key Responsibilities Managing day-to-day site operations from project commencement through to completion Coordinating and supervising subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel Ensuring projects are delivered on programme and within budget Maintaining high standards of health and safety across site Monitoring quality and ensuring compliance with project specifications Providing regular progress updates to senior management Building positive working relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors Requirements Previous experience working as a Site Manager within the construction industry Experience delivering residential and/or commercial construction projects Proven track record of managing projects up to £5 million in value Strong understanding of construction processes, site management and health and safety requirements Excellent communication and leadership skills A genuine interest in relocating out of the UK  If you're an experienced Site Manager looking for a fresh challenge and the opportunity to relocate while continuing to work on quality construction projects, we'd like to hear from you.
