The school supports pupils with a range of needs, including autism, communication difficulties, and complex learning needs - so patience, resilience, and a proactive approach are key. **The role:** You'll be supporting pupils either 1:1 or in small groups, helping them engage with learning, develop independence, and feel safe and supported in the classroom.
