Grounds Maintenance

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Ground Maintenance Operative to help maintain a 60acre site to a high standard. This is a varied, hands-on role that will suit someone who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in keeping sites clean, safe, and well presented. What We Offer Full-time employment Weekly pay £13 p/h plus enhanced pay rates for overtime Daytime hours Monday to Friday 8.00 – 16.30 Key Responsibilities Litter Picking across the site Routine maintenance including mowing and pruning Clearing overgrown areas General maintenance Carrying out repairs where required Ensuring site remains clean, safe, and presentable at all times Requirements Previous experience preferred – experience operating grounds maintenance equipment such as strimmer’s, hedge cutters etc Basic DIY or Maintenance skills Ability to work independently and use initiative Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Knowledge of Health & Safety procedures Good timekeeping Driving licence If you have the relevant experience and are looking for your next opportunity, we'd love to hear from you.
