National Operations Lead – Construction & Coatings

Bridgestaff Group is recruiting an experienced Operations Manager to oversee paint spraying and coatings projects across the UK.

The role blends site-based and office-based work, providing hands-on leadership of operational delivery, client relationships, site surveys and quotations to ensure projects are completed safely, on time and to high standards.
