As a Cook we require that you: · Prepare a variety of tasty dishes from scratch, from our famous scones and cakes to our hot, hearty one pots · Use our National Trust's Cookbook framework to prepare dishes for our core menus · To celebrate the history of our magnificent building we have our ‘Spirit of Place’ menu.
