Contract Manager

Aberdeen | Full-Time We're looking for a customer-focused professional to act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of contracted client accounts. This role sits between our clients and internal teams, managing technical queries and turning opportunities into confirmed work. What You'll Be Doing * Serving as the go-to contact for client accounts, handling technical queries and issues * Attending client meetings and producing visit reports * Keeping clients updated on open queries and outstanding orders * Providing technical support to client accounts * Passing on leads and enquiries to the sales team * Keeping quotes and forecasts accurate and up to date * Planning ahead for upcoming client work and spares requirements * Supporting budgeting and forecasting for regular sales reviews * Occasional site visits, including offshore, as required What We're Looking For Essential: * Relevant technical/industry experience * Experience in a customer-facing role Desirable: * Apprenticeship or technical training background * Account management experience * Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel * Budgeting and forecasting experience What's on Offer A hands-on role at the centre of client relationships, with genuine progression toward account management and project delivery
