You will work on different types of funds, both UCITS and AIFs, domiciled in Ireland and Luxembourg. You will help support the global distribution of these products, providing timely, practical legal advice to our business partners.

What you can expectDrafting and maintaining UCITS and AIF fund documentation including prospectuses, KIDs, and policiesAdvising on the legal aspects of requests-for-proposal and due diligence requestsAdvising the business on cross-border marketing rules in various jurisdictions and supporting the registration of the UCITS and AIFs for sale in new jurisdictionsLeading negotiations and drafting various commercial contracts impacting PGIM and the funds under management, including with third-party distributors and other service providersWorking with external counsel for the funds, in Ireland and other jurisdictionsWhat you will bringExperience practicing asset management law, with an understanding of investment strategies and product structuringQualification as a solicitor, with experience as an attorney in a law firm and/or in-house asset management legal experienceStrong organisational skills and excellent attention to detailHigh initiative and energy and the ability to juggle multiple prioritiesCollegial, professional mannerWhat will set you apart?Experience working on UCITS and AIF fund structuresA strong desire to learn and grow*PGIM welcomes all applicants, even if you don't meet every requirement.
