Team Leader - Work Management

Permanent | Full Time | Larkhill | £28,000 £36,000 + Benefits Our client is looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader to join their Accommodation team in Larkhill. This is a fully office-based role where you'll lead a team responsible for supporting Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Red Card administration across a busy defence estate. Leading a team of five administrators, you'll oversee day-to-day workloads, ensure service standards are maintained and support the successful delivery of maintenance programmes. Managing workloads to ensure service levels and deadlines are consistently achieved. Overseeing Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Red Card administration activities. Supporting procurement administration and stakeholder communications. Producing and analysing operational performance data and management reports. Supporting month-end reporting and maintaining accurate records. Managing attendance, wellbeing and day-to-day performance within the team. Supporting performance management and employee relations activities alongside HR. Building strong working relationships with internal departments, clients, contractors and supply partners. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and confidence producing reports and analysing data. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience coaching, developing and supporting team members. The ability to obtain and maintain BPSS Security Clearance.
