This is a pivotal role at the heart of how the growth team works, leading on the effective delivery of all aspects of a pitch. If you thrive in high-stakes environments and enjoy managing complex projects from start to finish, this is an opportunity to make a real difference. What you’ll be doing:Manage end-to-end pitch processes, ensuring every stage runs smoothly and on timeBuild clear, structured pitch plans and timelines aligned to client expectationsCoordinate cross-functional teams, scheduling sessions and keeping momentum consistentOwn the development and delivery of pitch submissions, maintaining quality throughoutManage content flow, ensuring materials are delivered, reviewed and refined effectivelyPartner with internal and external collaborators to deliver engaging pitch theatreAct as a trusted point of contact for senior stakeholders, providing clarity and confidence throughoutSupporting the Business Development Director, who will act as the strategic lead on pitchesSkills we’re looking for:Proven experience in new business or pitch management within a media agency environmentStrong project management capability, with confidence managing multiple workstreamsHigh attention to detail and comfort working with spreadsheets, trackers and timelinesAbility to build relationships and communicate effectively with senior stakeholdersExperience coordinating large-scale pitches across multiple internal and external partnersCalm, organised approach with the ability to prioritise in complex situationsCollaborative mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional work as part of a teamAdditional informationPublicis Media offers a wide range of benefits to support our employees.
