The Details
Salary: £42,000 per annum

Schedule: Monday to Friday (Work-life balance)

Hours: 7:00 AM 3:30 PM (40-hour contract)

Environment: Modern staff restaurant serving ~1,000 covers daily

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily food preparation and service for high-volume corporate dining.

Lead and develop a structured brigade of 9 Chefs and 6 Kitchen Porters.

Ensure every dish meets exact standards of presentation and excellence.
