Senior Talent Partner: Own Hiring & Employer Brand

Arrows London is seeking a senior recruitment lead to own hiring end-to-end across the business, from brief with hiring managers through to offer and onboarding, in a hybrid London setting.

You will partner with the leadership on headcount planning, build an employer brand that attracts great talent, and design an onboarding experience that helps new joiners land and stay. You'll also shape recruiting strategy and report on pipelines to inform growth.
