Roofers Labourer Ilkeston, Nottingham Ongoing temporary Full Time, Weekly Pay £15-18 Hourly Sellick Partnership is currently assisting in the recruitment of a Roofers Labourer for a social housing organisation on an ongoing basis. The Roofers Labourer will be assisting a roofer carrying out repairs on our properties daily. Duties of the Roofers Labourer: Replacing and the re-grouting of wall and floor tiles Remove and re-apply silicone sealer and associated beading to any areas Apply anti fungicidal wash and anti-condensation paint Core drilling of walls, and the installation of ventilation plates and cavity air vents General clearance of debris, removal of waste and cleansing of properties The installation of loft insulation to include relocation of customer belongings General labouring duties to include driving, deliveries, clearance and ground works Working at heights Requirements of the Roofers Labourer: Experience in Labouring/ Handy Person works Driving licence (preferred, but not essential) Ability to undertake DBS check and Asbestos Awareness CertificateIf you are interested in the above and want to know more please contact Ebony Simpson at Sellick Partnerships Derby Office or click 'apply now'.
