Join a community committed to driving forward the future of energy.Job Descriptionð This hybrid role is based from the SDC office near Bridgwater, with three days per week in the office.You will provide engineering support across pipework and support manufacturing activities.The role connects design, manufacturing, procurement and construction teams to maintain project progress.ð§Provide technical engineering support to package project management teams ðMaintain trackers covering design holds and manufacturing progress ðManage design changes arising between HO2 and HO3 stages Coordinate technical queries and facilitate timely stakeholder responses ðMaintain CEMAR records reflecting technical query progress and resolutions ð️Provide engineering input to HO3 manufacturing and delivery requirements ðSupport constructability reviews across BNI and BOP piping scopes ðFacilitate technical interfaces between designers, manufacturers and construction teams ðEscalate technical issues requiring timely engineering decisions ð¡Share lessons learned across interlinked manufacturing and engineering packagesQualificationsðDegree or equivalent qualification in Engineering or related discipline ð§Experience within pipework manufacturing, construction or engineering environments Experience delivering engineering within technically complex, regulated projects ðStrong stakeholder engagement, influencing and issue resolution capabilities ðExcellent communication, presentation and organisational skills ðMeticulous approach to engineering quality, accuracy and professional standards ðStrong numerical and analytical skills with commercial awareness ð»Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint ð️Experience with PDMS, Navisworks or equivalent 3D software ðKnowledge of CEMAR, Teamcenter or similar contract management systemsAdditional Informationð Why Apply?Join Assystem and become a key player in delivering critical nuclear projects that shape the future of energy.
